Refund Policy

1. Pay-As-You-Go Model

GhostNexus operates on a Pay-As-You-Go model. You purchase credits in advance, and those credits are consumed when you submit and execute compute jobs on our distributed GPU network. Credits are deducted based on actual GPU compute time used.

2. Refund Eligibility — Unused Credits Only

Prepaid credits that have NOT been used may be eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • You submit a refund request within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the purchase date
  • The credits have not been consumed by any compute job (successful, failed, or partial)
  • Your account is in good standing (no Terms of Service violations, no fraud)

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

3. Non-Refundable — Consumed Compute

All GPU compute time that has been consumed is final and non-refundable.

  • Once a job runs (even partially), the credits deducted for that job cannot be refunded
  • Failed jobs that consumed compute time are not refundable
  • Jobs rejected by our security validation (e.g., malicious script) do not consume credits and are not charged
  • We do not refund credits for user error (e.g., incorrect script, wrong configuration)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for unused credits, email us at contact@ghostnexus.net with subject line "Refund Request". Please include:

  • Your account email address
  • The date and amount of the purchase
  • Confirmation that the credits have not been consumed

We will verify your eligibility and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. EU Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

Important exception: Pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to credits that have been partially or fully consumed (i.e., where the performance of the service has begun with your explicit prior consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal once execution begins). By submitting your first job, you expressly consent to immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that this extinguishes the withdrawal right for consumed credits.

For unused credits purchased within the last 14 days, your right of withdrawal applies in full. To exercise it, you may use the model withdrawal form below or send any unambiguous statement to contact@ghostnexus.net.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria above or in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for exceptional circumstances (e.g., prolonged service outage affecting your usage).

7. Chargebacks

Disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer ("chargeback") without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and collection action. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues.

8. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
